Keep your AI visibility momentum going

You’ve done the learning. You understand the CITES™ framework. You know that clearer messaging, useful content, trust signals and stronger structure matter if you want to be easier to understand and surface in AI search.

But knowing what to do and finding the time, confidence and focus to do it are two different things.

When the course ends, it is easy for implementation to slip down the list. Your homepage is still waiting for its rewrite. The service-page improvements remain in your notes. The FAQ or authority content you meant to publish never quite gets finished.

The AI Visibility Advantage – Implementation Sprint gives you a structured way to keep moving.

It’s a 12-week follow-on programme for AI Visibility Advantage graduates who want focused accountability, practical feedback and a clear next-step plan – without signing up for another intensive course.

What is the Implementation Sprint?

The Implementation Sprint is a small-group, fixed-term support programme that helps you put the work from AI Visibility Advantage into practice.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll work on the pages, content and visibility priorities that matter most to your business, with a simple rhythm of live implementation sessions, focused tasks and community support.

This isn’t more theory.

It’s time and space to make progress, ask sensible questions, receive useful feedback and finish the work that too often gets left half-done.

The outcome

By the end of the Sprint, you’ll have:

  • A clear baseline of where you are now and what to prioritise

  • At least one key page or piece of content reviewed through a GEO lens

  • Meaningful improvements made to your homepage, service pages, content or business profiles

  • A stronger understanding of what to do next, and why

  • A practical 90-day AI visibility action plan

  • A repeatable process for continuing your work after the Sprint ends

What’s included

  • Six live Implementation Labs

Six fortnightly live group sessions, each lasting up to 60 minutes. These are practical working sessions, not long lectures. Each one includes a quick check-in (one win and one blocker), a short, focused lesson or reminder linked to a CITES™ principle, live hot seats, page teardowns or content feedback, and a clear, manageable action to complete before the next session. The calls are recorded, so you won’t lose access to the guidance if you can’t attend live.

  • A private accountability community

You’ll join a private WhatsApp group for Sprint participants. Use it to share progress, ask focused questions, celebrate what you have finished and get unstuck between sessions. I’ll check in on set weekdays and use the group to share reminders, prompts and useful resources. This is supportive, structured access – not an always-on support channel.

  • One personalised page or content review

During the Sprint, you can submit one key asset for feedback: your homepage, a service page, an FAQ page, a blog outline or draft, or a LinkedIn About section or another important business profile. You’ll receive focused feedback on the highest-priority improvements through a short video call, voice note or concise written response. This is designed to help you make confident next decisions without turning the Sprint into a full done-for-you audit.

  • Live hot seats and practical teardowns

Across the six sessions, participants can bring a real page, page section, profile or content idea for live feedback. You’ll learn from your own work and from other people’s examples. Seeing how the CITES™ framework applies across different service businesses is often one of the most useful parts of group support.

  • Templates, tracker and implementation resources

You’ll have continued access to practical implementation tools, including your AI Visibility Tracker, CITES™ implementation checklists, homepage and service-page review prompts, FAQ and authority-content templates, content-planning guidance, a social profile and business bio checklist, a simple 90-day action-plan template, and session recordings and action recaps.

  • 90-day next-step plan

You’ll leave with a simple plan for the next 90 days, so you know what to prioritise after the Sprint rather than trying to do everything at once.

"Rae's Masterclass on Getting found by AI was a huge eye opener for many of us who are trying to get our brands & businesses found by AI. The emphasis on how to target our audience and who we provide our service for was very insightful. As GEO is evolving, so are people searching for answers on generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, perplexity, co-pilot and many more search tools. The non-technical way to getting our businesses found by AI by Rae was excellent and I recommend anyone looking to be visible and found by AI search attend her course, The AI Visibility Advantage."

"Rae's knowledge of AI and GEO is outstanding. She has a way of taking what feels like a complicated subject and making it easy to understand and put into practice. Every training session is packed with practical advice that you can implement straight away. If you're a business owner wanting to improve your visibility, create better content and stay ahead as search evolves, I couldn't recommend Rae highly enough. An excellent investment in your business."

  • Plus other bonuses to be confirmed!

How much time will it take?

This is designed for busy service-based business owners.

Allow roughly:

  • Up to 60 minutes for each live call, or to watch the recording

  • 20-40 minutes for the focused task between calls

  • A few minutes for a weekly check-in or community update

That’s around 1-1.5 hours per fortnight, plus any extra implementation time you choose to give your business.

The goal is steady, useful progress – not adding another demanding course to your workload.

Is this for you?

The Implementation Sprint is for you if:

  • You’ve completed, or are close to completing, AI Visibility Advantage

  • You understand the CITES™ framework but have not fully applied it to your own business yet

  • You want accountability, direction and feedback without weekly coaching calls

  • You’d benefit from seeing real examples, discussing genuine blockers and learning alongside others

  • You’re prepared to set aside a small amount of protected time each fortnight to make progress

It’s probably not the right fit if…

  • You haven’t taken AI Visibility Advantage and don’t yet know the CITES™ framework

  • You need your website or content rewritten for you

  • You want unlimited access to 1:1 support

  • You’re looking for another self-paced course rather than a live implementation space

If you want done-for-you support, a GEO Homepage Audit, website copy rewrite or ongoing content support may be a better next step.

Starts Monday 19th October 2026. Six fortnightly live Implementation Labs over 12 weeks.

All sessions are recorded, so you won’t lose access to the guidance if you can’t attend live.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have completed The AI Visibility Advantage?

Yes, ideally. The Sprint builds on the CITES™ framework and assumes you have completed the teaching, or are in the final stages of completing it. If you’re not sure, contact me before enrolling.

What happens if I can’t attend live?

All sessions are recorded. You’ll receive the recording and a short action recap, then can post focused questions in the WhatsApp group.

Is this another course?

No. There will be short teaching moments where they help, but this is primarily an implementation and accountability programme. The focus is on applying what you have already learned to your own business.

How does the personalised review work?

You will be invited to submit one page, profile or content asset during the programme. I’ll provide concise feedback focused on the most important improvements, rather than a full audit report or rewrite.

Will everyone receive live feedback?

There will be opportunities for hot seats and live feedback throughout the Sprint. I can’t guarantee that every participant will receive a live hot seat, which is why everyone also receives one personalised submission review.

Is the WhatsApp group open all the time?

You can post in the group at any time, but it’s not an instant-response channel. I’ll check in on set weekdays and respond to focused questions as part of the group support.

Can I cancel my monthly payments?

No. The payment option is three instalments for a 12-week fixed-term programme. When you enrol, you are committing to the full programme cost of £207, paid in three monthly payments of £69.

What if I need done-for-you support?

If you want an expert audit, page rewrite or ongoing content support, please contact me about the most appropriate service. The Implementation Sprint is designed to help you implement the work yourself, with support.

Ready to make the work happen?

You don’t need another long list of things to do.

You need a clear priority, protected implementation time, useful feedback and people who’ll help you keep moving.

Join the AI Visibility Advantage – Implementation Sprint and give your learning the follow-through it deserves.
